6. حذف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب) أو بطلبٍ من رقم هاتفك المسجّل عبر صفحة «تواصل معنا». لا يمكن حذف حساب عليه طلب جارٍ أو رصيد مستحق قبل تسويته.
6. Deleting your account
Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by request from your registered phone number via the Contact page. An account with an open order or an outstanding balance must be settled first.
طلب الحذف من خارج التطبيق
- من رقم هاتفك المسجّل، راسلنا على واتساب +962 79 044 4835، أو اكتب إلى support@iwaspjo.com وأرفق رقم هاتفك المسجّل.
- اكتب: «أطلب حذف حسابي».
- نتصل بك على رقمك المسجّل لنتحقق أن الطلب صادر منك، ونتأكد أنه لا يوجد على الحساب طلب جارٍ أو رصيد مستحق.
- نحذف الحساب ونؤكد لك ذلك، وتُزال بياناتك من الخدمة خلال 30 يومًا.
Requesting deletion from outside the app
- From your registered phone number, message us on WhatsApp at +962 79 044 4835, or email support@iwaspjo.com with your registered phone number.
- Write: “Please delete my account.”
- We call your registered number back to confirm the request is yours, and check the account has no open order or outstanding balance.
- We delete the account and confirm it to you; your data is removed from the service within 30 days.
